All-on-4/6

All-on-4 / All-on-6 - next-generation functional prosthetics
The All-on-4 and All-on-6 methods are modern solutions for patients who have lost all teeth in one or both jaws. These technologies make it possible to install a fixed bridge on a limited number of implants, ensuring reliable restoration of function, aesthetics, and comfort.

In the lower jaw, where bone density is higher, the All-on-4 technique is used - a bridge prosthesis is fixed on four implants.
In the upper jaw, where the bone is softer, the All-on-6 method is applied, with six implants installed to achieve optimal stability and durability of the construction.

A bridge consisting of 12 units is secured to the implants using special screws. This is a non-removable structure that can only be removed by a dentist, usually twice a year for preventive examination and maintenance. Regular check-ups are essential, as they help detect and prevent possible complications in a timely manner.
Patients who previously used removable dentures often report not only functional but also psychological discomfort. Fixed All-on-4 / All-on-6 constructions restore confidence, stability, and the natural feeling of one’s own teeth.

Thanks to the precise calculation of implant positions and optimal spacing between them, the chewing load is evenly distributed, making the system biomechanically stable and long-lasting. The limited number of implants simplifies the surgical procedure, making the operation faster, more predictable, and less traumatic - while still delivering excellent aesthetic and functional results.
Functional Approach in Our Clinic
At our clinic, prosthetic treatment using the All-on-4 / All-on-6 system is performed in accordance with the principles of functional dentistry.
When chewing with natural teeth, a person senses pressure through the periodontium - this is a natural feedback mechanism that protects the dentoalveolar system from overload.

With implants, such feedback does not exist, and any inaccuracy in bite height or tooth position can lead to excessive load on the structure, microcracks, or even a bridge fracture.

To prevent this, we conduct individual functional diagnostics.
We determine the height of the teeth and the position of the lower jaw in relation to the temporomandibular joint, using axiography - a digital method that records all jaw movement trajectories.

As a result, a functional prosthesis is created that works in harmony with the patient’s natural movements and muscles.
This ensures:
  • Physiological distribution of chewing forces
  • Absence of micro-overloads on the implants
  • Increased longevity of the construction
  • Comfort and a natural feeling during chewing and speaking
